The Apple Lisa is one of the first personal computers to offer a graphical user interface in a machine designed for individual business owners. Steve Jobs was forced off the project in 1982, where he then joined the Macintosh project. His expertise and redirection of the Macintosh project led to it kicking the Lisa’s tush in sales, which eventually drove it to become obsolete.
